This resort of only 30 rooms was very popular back in the day. Even though it took 5 hours on stage coach to reach this resort from Wickenburg, AZ, it was known as one of the worlds top resorts. It is in such a secluded place, nothing around. Had a swimming pool, tennis courts, large grassy areas, fruit trees and large palm trees, and of course hot spring (that's where they obviously got the name. They called them "magic waters"). All in the middle of the desert, in the middle of nowhere. But after a fire destroyed the main building in 1976, the resort was closed.
There has been talk after all these years of re-opening the resort, but nothing has been done about it. There is a care taker living in one of the buildings. No trespassing signs everywhere, but still a fun place to see.
After checking out the resort, we found a great place for Tage (and Ty) to ride the dirt bike.
This is where I sat. Just enjoying watching the boys and eating my Skittles.

What a cool place! I had no idea there were still stage coaches around. My boys would be so, so jealous of Tage's motorcycle!
That is an interesting place. but I want to know how the show was of watching Tage ride?
