ELK!
We tested out our elk meat yesterday and today. Tyson grilled some elk steaks last night and cooked a roast today. I have never had elk and was a bit worried of how it would taste, but it was really good! I didn't taste any game in the steaks and only a little bit in the roast.
Good job on dinner babe. And thanks Gary for the meat. Good kill.

Eww, you are better than me! I tried Elk burger, and said 'no way' and I am not even willing to try steak or roast, for some reason I just have the thought of a wild animal in my head while eating it. My husband LOVES it, so when he gets his, I make 2 meals :) Good for you for trying it out!
