Big Easter Weekend

This year we were suppose to go camping with my family in Bryce Canyon but the weather was cold and rainy/snowy so we ended up going to the cabin in Fairview, Ut. It was still cold, but not as bad and we had a warm cabin to be cozy in.
We got to the cabin Thursday mid-morning were my parents, my brothers Kenny, and Wesley and my sister Michelle joined us after lunch. We went fishing at a small pond, had a BBQ for dinner, and then we just HAD to start a fire to roast a few marshmallows!
Michelle(8), Wesley(9) and Tage(6)

Ahhhh.....

Daddy teaching Tage how 'the master fisherman' does it.

Fishing actually turned out to be a bust. Ty said that he got a bite or two. But nothing caught. Needless to say that was suppose to be our dinner and we all starved that night because 'the master fisherman' failed us. (Just kidding Ty, love you)
The kids watching the 'fire pro' (my dad) start a fire with only one match!
Eewie, gooie, yummy mellows!
Friday the Easter Bunny came! The kids were playing outside and they didn't even see him. Sneaky bunny! He hid each of their baskets and some plastic eggs full of candy!
Oh, The Wilderness Family. Tage LOVES, LOVES, LOVES this movie. We borrowed this 1975 movie from my friend Karolyn and Tage has watched it a million and one times! He literally can't get enough of it! This was the best purchase off Amazon I have ever done! The first words out of his mouth when he saw his basket was, "The Wilderness Family!!!!" He was SOOOO excited!

After the hunt we went to the Fairview Museum. It's actually really interesting and has a cast replica of a Mammoth that was found up at the Fairview Lakes.
We all just had such a good time at the cabin.
I just had to throw in a picture of Zeusie Moosie
Friday afternoon we all packed up and headed out. We dropped Tage off with his 'other Mom', but before that we stopped in for a little baseball at the batting cages in Orem. This boy has a pretty good swing! Maybe he will turn into a pro and make US some money!

We stayed with Tysons family the rest of Friday and most of Saturday until it was time for the baptism!!!! My little sister got baptized Saturday night! It was such a great experience. She looked absolutely beautiful and was SOOOOO excited that this day had finally came. I forgot my camera and still haven't got pictures from my parents, but I will update on that later.
